Pull the pins and lift the hood to find the meticulously designed Shelby V* powerhouse that sits below. The 5.4 Liter, Kenne Bell twin-screw supercharged, behemoth will plaster you to the seats with a 0-60 time of 3.5 seconds. The quick jump from a standstill isn't necessarily the only place the Shelby Super Snake shines, that same blast of torque can be applied with a push of the pedal at speeds that will blow your hair back. Though a massive performance upgrade from the Shelby GT500, the Super Snake shares the same body, and so the same design cues. The inspiration for this model was the 1968 "King of the Road" GT500KR. The similarities are easy to spot, especially when looking at the front end. The large forward facing intake on the hood is probably the most striking design analog.
